To: Government of Japan
Sub.: Request to help the Iraqi employees with JGSDF
...... with warm regards from Iraqis ,those who worked with Japanese
in Samawa for more than 2 years .
Simply, in this letter we just display the actual situation of the
engineers and interpreters whom they had worked with Japanese
reasonably .
In fact , the Japanese existence in Samawa had brought with it ,
prosperity in various fields of life, specially in AL-Muthanna province ,
so they participated in reconstruction campaign where their fingerprints
will remain to be memorized by upcoming generations in education ,
health and other sectors ,yet, unfortunately there is one thing which is
negative toward those who worked with JGSDF as engineers &
interpreters whom they suffer for being targeted as collaborative with
Japanese, they feel upset on their security and safety , especially, the
Australian forces worked arm by arm with Japanese, so many people
thought that our work with Japanese was not to support human
activities - all in all the people thought that the Australians came down
to Samawah to settle the security stability.
Despite the fact that the endless efforts of the local police and
governmental officials in doing hard to prepare security and safety for
engineers & interpreters , our class ( engineers & interpreters ) seem
less secured and safe due to the volatile situation in
work particulars had dealt with formal authorities , contractors and
tribes , this would be a good evident for being known in addition to
other classes of our society and other political movements whether they
are good or bad whom they had personal& principal attitude toward the
Japanese . Of course, this would make us as a scapegoat for any
reaction.
The current status quo where we live has uncovered the instant suffer,
the worsen situation of engineers & interpreters , it is the change of
standard of living and lack of having vacant positions in the formal
offices . Definitely , the governmental officials and other people
thought they had not profited from the Japanese .

The ideal conducts of the Japanese toward their engineers &
interpreters made the Japanese as the best of multi-national forces came
down to
with them to solve our perplex problem .
Therefore, we are the engineers & interpreters who had been worked
with JGSDF , we ask the Japanese Government to find out a suitable
solution for our harsh circumstances because our life gets worse day by
day , but secretly to save the lives of the engineers & interpreters ,
could you contact us on our e-mail address or through e-mail address
you receive this e-mail to know our situation
(jgsdfemployees.iraq@yahoo.com).
We are the engineers & interpreters believe that the Japanese whom
they took thousand of miles got here to
- they will reply the e-mail of the Iraqis who worked with them
sincerely and were being the meeting line between them and Iraqi
people to execute their human task in
The multi -national forces which are still working in
which have left home , they have supported their Iraqi personnel to
avoid their difficulties by preparing human asylum for them in their
countries or in other countries like British , American and Danish
forces . We believe that the Japanese Government will react directly
with our situation rapidly rather than other multi-national forces to help
us. currently, the Australian home given a room for those who worked
with after having put pressure on them from some law makers in their
parliament, thus we realize the size of Japanese and Australian
relationship, moreover, the no true legal item in Japanese constitution
for giving any political asylum either; so we beseech you to negotiate
with Australians to find out a suitable outlet for we and our family
members.
Best Regards
